About Mike

Before earning his real estate license, Mike Neilan spent nearly a decade building businesses of his own, developing a deep, hands-on understanding of sales, marketing, and what it takes to grow a company from the ground up. Since joining Coldwell Banker Realty in June 2025, he's applied that same entrepreneurial drive to real estate, closing $4 million in sales and another $2 million under agreement in his first year, licensed across Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
